Block Party Quilters Club is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation and promotion of quilting and other needle arts through sharing, education, community service and quilt shows.

March Program - The Creative Process

Internationally award winning quilt artist, teacher and judge, Washington resident Kathy McNeilwill be the March speaker for BPQ. Kathy just received several awards at the Road to California 2014 show, including the Directors Choice, 1st place Nature and 2nd place People, as well as the Viewers Choice Award. She is known for intricate applique quilts which look like paintings. At the left is one of her quilts which is the current Audubon BOM applique quilt. She will be giving a lecture on the creative process.
Kathy McNeil will also be teaching a workshop on March 7, 2014 entitled Design Dynamics for Every Quilt Style. For more details, please click here.
