Block Party Quilters Club was established in September 1981 as a Puget Sound-based quilt guild. Our membership comes from locations all over Western Washington, with many members located on the Eastside. The purpose of the club is to foster the art of quilt-making through sharing and teaching, sponsoring workshops, demonstrations, and quilt shows. Contact InformationMeetings are held the first Thursday evening of the month from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. We meet at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 1121 228th Avenue SE, Sammamish, Washington (directions). Guests are always welcome for our monthly program. Due to the popularity of our speakers, there is a nominal fee for non-members to attend. In the event of inclement weather, call the church at 425-391-1178 to see if they have cancelled evening meetings. If they have, the BPQ Monthly Meeting has also been cancelled.
